Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Cancellation

We would prefer that you didnt cancel at anytime, however you can cancel at anytime by advising the team via email (hello@simplycarbon.co.uk) that you wish to cancel, and then by cancelling your direct debit with your bank or building society.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or partial  refunds. Once you have comitted to a monthly subscrition or have purchased a gift certificate, the cardon credit is then retired and can not be re-activated. You should cancel your direct debit with your bank to prevent future debits. We do not charge for subscription cancellation and we do not apply a minimum subscription duration.
